Summer Days is a cheerful collage painting that reminds me of hot summer days. This painting brings back memories of sailing on the lake and eating drippy red, white, and blue "rocket" popsicles. It is a happy painting that evokes my childhood's carefree summer days.

Patterns and textures are all around us. The crisp linen of sundresses and the gritty feel of beach sand between the toes. The American flag's stars, stripes, and the faded blue color of denim cutoffs.
